How we price a project
We put together a package per apartment, then price it across the whole project. Every owner gets the same system on settlement day, and you get one number for the spec.

How it scales
One specification, one pricing schedule, one install sequence, repeated across the project. Each home gets the same clean install and the same handover, and the owner gets their own app, their own codes and their own control.
Who does what
We handle the specification, supply, install, commissioning and each owner's handover, and we coordinate timing directly with your site manager and electrician.
Your team handles the network being live in each home before we integrate, and telling us the program. That is it.
